About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at mfg Solicitors LLP. As an Associate Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a complex portfolio of private client work, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills, estate administration, trust creation, and tax planning matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied and complex portfolio of private client work, including:
    • Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • Wills
    • Estate administration
    • Trust creation
    • Tax planning matters
  • Lead a team, sharing best practice and supporting the professional development of others
  • Proactively coordinate and engage in business development and marketing activities
Requirements
  • STEP qualification desirable but not essential
  • 6+ years of PQE experience in Private Client law
  • Strong technical skills and good judgment
  • Ability to inspire and build effective relationships with others
  • Commercial awareness and ability to promote the mfg brand
