As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied and complex portfolio of private client work, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts, and tax planning matters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of private client work, including LPA's, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts, and tax planning matters.
  • Lead a team, sharing best practice and supporting the professional development of others.
  • Proactively coordinate and engage in business development and marketing activities.


Requirements

  • STEP qualification would be desirable but not essential.
