Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at mfg Solicitors LLP. As an Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private client work, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills, estate administration, trust creation, and tax planning matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex portfolio of private client work, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills, estate administration, trust creation, and tax planning matters.
  • Lead a team, sharing best practices and supporting the professional development of others.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Private Client department.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of post-qualified experience as a Private Client Solicitor.
  • Strong knowledge of private client law and practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to promote the mfg brand.
