Network Solutions Architect

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Solutions Architect to join our team at Network IT Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Design and Implementation: Manage and troubleshoot devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure optimal network performance.
- Incident Response: Respond to escalated issues and resolve them in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Configuration and Management: Configure enterprise firewalls and switches, including Cisco, Juniper, and FortiGate, to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
- Collaboration and Support: Cross-collaborate with the Infrastructure and Senior Networking teams to design and implement solutions, and provide support to senior network engineers.
- Documentation and Compliance: Write detailed documentation for future reference and audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices to improve the efficiency and security of our network.
- Incident Management: Assist with major incidents, including P1s and P2s, to ensure minimal downtime.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Exposure to both Linux and Windows environments, WAN/LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and Network Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
- Education and Certifications: CCNA/JNCIA or equivalent knowledge and experience.
