Corporate Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Corporate Credit Controller to join our Finance team in Ashford.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our business in every way possible. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts, ensuring adherence to contractual payment terms and credit limits, mitigating risk and potential bad debts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with finance teams and internal colleagues. You will also be confident in using Microsoft Excel and have a strong interest in finance or credit control.

- Manage your own portfolio of accounts, ensuring adherence to contractual payment terms and credit limits.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with finance teams and internal colleagues.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, recording queries promptly and accurately.
- Query management - provide copy invoices, proof of delivery, credit notes, and liaise internally to progress any queries preventing payment.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by Team Leader/Manager.
