Job Description:

  • As a Financial Management Professional, you will play a crucial part in maintaining positive customer relationships, minimizing debt, and supporting the financial health of the company.
  • You will focus on managing cash collections while ensuring adherence to our credit policies.
  • Key Responsibilities include managing cash collections for domestic accounts, ensuring timely and efficient processing of payments, and ensuring strict compliance with credit policies.
  • You will also be responsible for proactively making outbound calls to follow up on outstanding payments and resolving credit control issues.
  • Additionally, you will consistently meet or exceed cash collection targets and KPIs to support financial goals.
  • And, you will identify overdue accounts and refer them for external debt collection or legal action when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
