Risk Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned risk professional to join our team as a Director of Risk and Policy Legal. This role will be responsible for developing and enhancing the risk management framework of our regulated entities in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the risk management framework, focusing on significant risks and related control mechanisms.
- Conduct regular risk assessments on entities in the EMEA region and manage related documentation.
- Support the Enterprise Risk Management team in ensuring the quality of the risk control system.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to update and maintain the Risk Management Framework.
- Identify shortcomings in the regulated entities' risk and control framework and stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations.
- Design and implement risk metrics to highlight risk exposure and promote awareness of risk among stakeholders.
- Deliver regular risk analysis reports to management with actionable plans for avoiding or preventing potential threats.
- Experience in operational risk and compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory environments in Luxembourg, Netherlands, and the UK.
- Commercial judgment and analytical mindset to make sound recommendations on risk issues.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce, payments, or financial services industry.
- Understanding of various payment products and risk and compliance issues related to payments.
- Chinese-speaking candidate preferred.
- Open to change and adaptable to evolving regulatory and controls landscape.
