We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at our store in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

You will work closely with our Sales Team to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to meet sales targets and improve sales performance
  • Provide training and development opportunities to Sales Associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader/Manager in a quality retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive:
