Management Financial Assistant

The Recruitment Co. are looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join their team in the Lancashire area.
Job Summary: This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary is £23,400 - £24,500 per annum, paid on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records for clients.
- Preparing and presenting detailed monthly financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Managing and organising financial documents and records.
- Communicating with clients and colleagues to provide an exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
