About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join a global transformation programme for a high-profile insurer. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business change and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support business transformation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and procedures
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business change

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management and business analysis
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry on major transformation programmes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI and Excel

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working on a global programme
  • French / German speaking
  • Digital transformation experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
