About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to join our Business Change Management department. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring a smooth transition for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate potential people-side risks and opportunities associated with change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a Change Management Strategy that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Apply a structured Change Management approach and methodology to drive successful change outcomes.
  • Develop and communicate a Business Transformation Roadmap that outlines desired changes to processes and systems.
  • Lead change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop actionable Change Management plans, including sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, resistance management plans, and communication plans.
  • Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
  • Establish key performance indicators to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Change Management, with a solid understanding of the change process and change management principles.
  • Familiarity with different project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience working across diverse stakeholder networks, including senior/executive and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies, such as Agile and PRINCE II.
