Duty Pharmacy Manager Position

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for leading and developing our pharmacy team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private services to customers
- Provide healthcare advice and support to customers, including those at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues
- Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items
- Pharmacy degree and membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
- Completion of a DBS check prior to employment
