Duty Pharmacy Manager

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading a team of pharmacists. You'll be responsible for managing the pharmacy, providing healthcare advice, and supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and developing colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives and develop your leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services to customers
- Play an active role in our charity support program, providing advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing colleagues
- Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries
- Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items
Requirements
- Hold a Pharmacy Degree
- Be passionate about leading and empowering a team
- Be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
- Complete a DBS check before employment
