Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the menu, promotions, drinks specifications, and restaurant layout.

  • Provide assistance at the bar, supporting the team in maintaining high cleaning standards.
  • Welcoming guests and setting the tone for their visit.
  • Provide feedback to managers regarding guest comments, positive or negative.
  • Adhere to Bill's Allergy procedures and legislation guidelines.
  • Stay informed of company updates and maintain cleanliness in front-of-house areas.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and adherence to correct procedures and operating systems.
  • Actively put health and safety guidelines into practice.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team for workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor food and drinks timings and specifications.
  • Complete all training requirements and prioritize guest service.
  • Maintain efficiency in opening and closing duties.
