Server Host

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Server Host to join our team at Bill's Café and Bar. As a Server Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every visit to our café and bar is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assume responsibility for the floor, showcasing a proactive and dedicated approach to duties.
2. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the full menu, promotions, drinks specifications, restaurant layout, and site-specific working practices.
3. Be cross-trained on the bar to provide assistance when needed and support with maintaining the high cleaning standards.
4. Assist in welcoming guests to the café and bar and giving that first great impression setting the tone for their visit.
5. Provide feedback to managers regarding any guest comments, positive or negative, to enhance overall service quality.
6. Adhere to Bill's Allergy procedures and legislation guidelines at all times, ensuring the safety of guests with allergies and dietary requirements.
7. Maintain cleanliness in all front-of-house areas, including regular checks on guest toilets, to present all indoor and outdoor restaurant areas in the best possible way.
8. Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, ensuring effective communication and cooperation to create a harmonious restaurant atmosphere.
9. Monitor food and drinks timings and specifications, promptly notifying managers of any potential issues or concerns.
10. Take responsibility for completing all mandatory and job-specific training to perform tasks safely and correctly.
