The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a full-time, 4-day week role, with a salary up to £38,000 and a 10% bonus every year. Our hospital offers a comprehensive training program, ensuring that our staff have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications in accordance with NMC guidelines for safe and secure handling.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnostic tests and post-operative care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Requirements:
- A current NMC registration.
- 12 months post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse/RGN/Staff Nurse.
- A passion for developing a career in Ophthalmology.
Benefits:
- Salary up to £38,000.
- 4-day shifts (7:30am-5:30pm).
- No evenings and only 1 in 4 weekends.
- Continuous training and development program.
- Bonus 1 (June) - up to 5% individual performance-related bonus.
- Bonus 2 (February) - up to 5% hospital/company-related bonus.
- Annual pay reviews and increases.
- 25 days holiday (33 days including bank holidays) increasing with length of service.
