About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning construction company. As a key member of the commercial team, you will support Directors, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors in the management of multiple contracts.

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused professional to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of applications, change control, and final accounts, as well as conducting cost and value analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measuring and valuing works effectively.
  • Managing commercial relationships with subcontractors.
  • Providing accurate cost and value analysis.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in quantity surveying, ideally within the construction or civils sector. You will be a commercially minded professional with excellent communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary based on experience: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum.
