About the Role
Acuity Care Group Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to lead our team in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Job Description
As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our operations manager to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes. Your role will involve traveling between care packages, attending meetings, and participating in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote a supportive and enabling environment for individuals we support
* Comply with relevant legislation and regulations, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008
* Lead by example, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to cover shifts and respond to emerging challenges
* Attend and participate in management and regional meetings
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and individuals supported
* Ability to make fair and assertive decisions, especially in complex situations
