The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and experienced Amazon advertising professional to join our team as a Senior Advertising Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day strategy and optimization of our clients' advertising activity, working closely with our Senior Marketplace Manager, Client Lead, and Advertising Lead.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing brands through Amazon advertising campaigns, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Client communication and optimization management for key Tier 1 clients based in Germany.
- Formation of strategy and setting KPIs.
- Creation and optimization of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.
- Creation and optimization of Amazon DSP activity (programmatic).
- Creation and delivery of performance reports to clients on a fortnightly basis using our proprietary technology suite, Tambo Compass.
- Handling ad hoc communication with clients as it relates to their advertising activity.
- Analyzing account performance and market behaviors to identify opportunities to grow our accounts.
- Using proprietary and third-party tools for research and analysis.
- Supporting other team members.
- Conducting training and developing appropriate documentation for clients and colleagues.
- Supporting wider business initiatives such as new business proposals and consultancy projects as required.
- 1 year of experience with Amazon Advertising Sponsored Ads.
- Agency account management experience (or relevant in-house equivalent).
- Proven ability to grow brands through Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Excellent level of competency in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets/Google Slides).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Confidence in communicating to both internal and external stakeholders/clients up to the Director level.
- Demonstrable ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions.
- Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Flexible working.
- Hybrid working (minimum 1 day a week in the office if London based).
