Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Enfield. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with special educational needs, particularly autism or ADHD.
Salary: Competitive daily pay of £80-£100.
About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with one pupil to provide personalized support and learning interventions. Your key responsibilities will include implementing the pupil's Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or SEN-related training. You should also possess strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support.
