Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Oxford.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with SEN and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge as a teaching assistant with a competitive salary of £80 - £95 per day.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and emotional support to students in small groups and one-to-one settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create inclusive and engaging lesson plans
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning environment
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies
  • Proven ability to build rapport with students and staff
