**Facilities Management Coordinator**
First Base is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to support the Estate Manager with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and working with contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Estate Manager with administrative tasks.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with contractors.
- Manage facilities administration, including online supply purchases.
- Monitor supplier invoices and ensure budget adherence.
- Identify opportunities to enhance quality, streamline processes, and cut costs.
**Requirements:**
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Experience in facilities management and working with contractors.
- Valid driving license required.
- High proficiency in IT, especially with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
