**Facilities Management Coordinator**

First Base is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to support the Estate Manager with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and working with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Estate Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with contractors.
  • Manage facilities administration, including online supply purchases.
  • Monitor supplier invoices and ensure budget adherence.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance quality, streamline processes, and cut costs.

**Requirements:**

  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Experience in facilities management and working with contractors.
  • Valid driving license required.
  • High proficiency in IT, especially with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
