Belstaff Sales Associate Job Description

Belstaff is a functional clothing brand that values independent spirits. We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our Ashford Outlet team for a part-time role, working 16 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to maximize revenue through the sale of Belstaff products.
  • Build a strong client base and deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining excellent standards throughout the store.
  • Assist and anticipate clients' needs, consistently meeting and exceeding company expectations.
  • Confidentially and professionally answer questions and queries from clients.
  • Cross-sell across all product offers in store, ensuring clients are walked through the in-store collection.
  • Make clients the main focus at all times, being a role model for a standard that exceeds the benchmark for customer service within the luxury retail industry.
  • Deliver after-sales services efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events and current affairs to promote conversation with clients.
  • Develop good internal customer service with all other Belstaff Stores and Head Office.
  • Professionally handle customer complaints and issues.
  • Understand Belstaff's Global and International positioning.
  • Be aware of Company and Store Security procedures and adhere to them.
  • Protect stock, being alert to the possibility of theft and following Company procedures to minimize the opportunity for theft.
  • Maintain standards of storing stock on the shop-floor and back of house.
  • Participate in all audits and counts.
  • Maintain visual merchandising in line with the Belstaff image and the commercial objectives of the store.
  • Liaise with Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Supervisor on day-to-day decisions, regarding safety, profitability, and legal issues within the store.
  • Be aware of and follow all company rules and HSE legislation.
