About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Monsoon Accessorize in Ashford. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products, and working collaboratively with the team to drive store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Be a true brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Support the store manager in maintaining a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management to ensure the store looks its best at all times.
