We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Home Manager to join our team at SCR. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential care home, ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person centred care
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000
