Your key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting in delivering client pitches and questionnaires promptly
* Reviewing and advising on client engagement terms, codes of conduct, and compliance with policies
* Advising on CCS Panel documentation, including framework terms and call-off contracts
* Assisting with ongoing reviews and amendments to engagement letters and terms of business
* Providing support for international work requests, including reviews of engagement terms and know-your-client advice
* Reviewing and advising on secondment terms for new and existing secondments
* Supporting the onboarding of firm suppliers, including contract term reviews and due diligence assessments
* Drafting, monitoring, and advising on compliance policies and procedures
* Providing front-line risk and regulatory advice, including responding to queries
* Monitoring and initiating changes based on legal and regulatory developments

* Contributing to reports for various committees and attending meetings as required

We are looking for a qualified Lawyer with a strong track record in law firm risk management, experience in commercial contract review and negotiation, and familiarity with the SRA Handbook and key legal and regulatory obligations.
