Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in helping older adults maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and personal care to older adults, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping services to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Accompany clients on errands, appointments, and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management, ensuring clients receive the necessary support.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and their families, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Requirements:
  • Have a passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Be reliable, trustworthy, and able to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Have strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically.
  • Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be flexible to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Have access to a reliable form of transportation, such as a car, bike, or electric scooter.
