Job Title: Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead, providing high-quality care and companionship to older adults in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and companionship.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care and support, adhering to our high standards and values.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends and at least one evening per week.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
