We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to older adults in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and personal care to older adults, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping services.
- Accompany older adults on errands, appointments, and outings.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
- Maintain open communication with clients and their families.
- Have a passion for providing quality care and improving the lives of older adults.
- Have access to reliable transportation, such as a car, bike, or electric scooter.
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with older adults and their families.
- Live locally in the area and be available to work alternate weekends and at least one evening a week.
