Client Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team at Pacifica Group Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Lead and manage a customer service team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing team members.
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
