We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Children's Welfare Coordinator to join our team at TRCGroup in Bridgwater.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the care and support of children and young people in a residential setting. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the needs of our residents are met and exceeded.

As a Children's Welfare Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the daily schedules of our residents, including appointments, education, and activities.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the home, including managing resources and supplies.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external agencies, including social workers and mental health professionals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including daily reports and progress notes.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus sleep-in allowance, and a range of benefits, including full training, paid annual leave, and a company pension scheme.
