Sales Controller Vacancy - Motor Trade

Based in Hinckley, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Controller to join our clients' used car dealer site.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled Sales Controller to work closely with our senior team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage sales performance, and provide regular feedback to sales team members.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Sales Controller looking to progress their career and work for a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and meet customer needs.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the motor trade industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
