About the Role

You'll work closely with your manager to inspire, coach, and develop a team of destination experts who will recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks, and additional products while delivering exceptional sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and develop the team to collaboratively reach high performance and standards that drive engagement
  • Assist with recruiting talent, maintaining a high level of engagement, and a low level of attrition
  • Work with various systems to enhance knowledge and improve the customer digital journey
