This pivotal role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to lead a team and be part of the strategic management of our network and IT Communications systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure network systems that support our global operations.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring seamless connectivity, high availability, and efficient communication across all our platforms.
- Oversee network security protocols, manage critical services, and optimize communication systems for scalability and performance.
- Play a critical role in disaster recovery planning and the implementation of new technologies that keep us ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Develop and implement robust security policies, protocols, and procedures, leveraging advanced technologies and threat intelligence to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Deputise for the Senior Manager, Networks and IT Communications where required, acting as their second in command.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, external vendors, and industry partners to align network and telecommunications strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
