Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager

About the Role

As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Finance Manager in ensuring that the business produces timely, accurate, high-quality consolidated financial reporting, analyses, and insight. You will work closely with the Business Unit Business Partners to allow the Senior Management and executive leaders to understand the current results and story behind the numbers to enable effective commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end monthly financial reporting production processes, providing monthly management accounts, CFO packs, and Board Reports that monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Partner with business and finance stakeholders to understand performance and commercial impacts, producing effective analysis and challenge.
  • Highlight key risks and opportunities to stakeholders based on analysis of results.
  • Produce high-quality financial reports for finance business partners, finance leadership team, senior management, and executive leaders.
  • Implement and review complex accounting standards, driving efficiency and accuracy in the preparation processes.
  • Operate efficient governance and financial control processes that deliver high-quality, timely, auditable output.
  • Provide and review underlying financial analysis and support to internal and external auditors.
  • Support projects within the business that support and improve financial reporting.
