We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our Maintenance Team at Melin Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality painting work on our properties, delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive painting work to a high standard on Melin Homes properties.
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Team to achieve our objectives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
