The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of ecologists, planning and resource surveys, producing high-quality reports, and liaising with clients on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of ecologists to deliver impactful projects
  • Plan and resource surveys to meet client needs
  • Produce comprehensive reports to high standards
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Support business development and mentor junior staff

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in ecology or a related field
  • Ability to undertake a range of protected species surveys
  • Full CIEEM membership or progressing to Full CIEEM
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in client-facing roles and business development
