Disability Support Professional

The ideal candidate for this Individual Care Specialist position at beBee Professionals will have a strong passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
Main Objectives:- To provide daily living support and encouragement for individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence.
- To develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring each service user receives tailored support.
- To facilitate community activities and outings, enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; qualifications in healthcare or social work are desirable.
- Relevant experience working in a support role for individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- An empathetic approach, patience, and effective communication skills are vital for success in this position.
- A competitive annual salary of £28,000 - £35,000.
