We are seeking a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities to join our dynamic team at Gray Healthcare, a specialist Health and Social Care provider. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience as an RNLD and be passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseload management of people we support with complex needs.
  • Building relationships with people we support to encourage trust and empower them to take control of their lives.
  • Ensure up-to-date risk assessments and recovery plans are in place.

The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration, educated to degree level, and evidence of updating practice and continued professional development. They will also have a range of experience within hospital and community settings and an understanding of safe and effective alternatives to hospital care.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, fully paid induction and training, company pension, professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave, 1 day annual leave increase after 12 months, and a Westfield health plan.
