Job Title: Accommodation and Bookings Coordinator

St John's College University of Cambridge

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation and Bookings Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for day-to-day bookings and administration of the College guest rooms, you will be responsible for coordinating the student room allocation process and providing administrative support for various accommodation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the student room allocation process
  • Provide administrative support for various accommodation processes
  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day bookings and administration of the College guest rooms
  • Assist with the summer bedroom allocation for conference bookings during the long vacation period
  • Implement and improve best practice policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in an administrative/secretarial role
  • Experience of working with people at all levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with good attention to detail
  • Customer service ethos with a focus on resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
