- Support training initiatives and coach managers on HR best practices, including performance management and legal matters.
Requirements
- Proven track record in HR as an experienced Consultant or People Partner.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
- Strong experience in HR strategy, with a focus on employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
