Mechanical Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Bridges Electrical Engineers. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising mechanical installations and ensuring that all items are installed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installations and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Coach and mentor Mechanical Fitters, Mates, and Apprentices
- Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients
- Promote positive health and well-being amongst peers
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience with reactive type work on industrial civils sites, upgrading critical assets, and experience with Steelwork Fabrication & Welding, Ductile Iron Pipe Fitting, and Steel Erecting & Temporary Works.
Desirable Qualifications
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Appropriate City & Guilds trade Qualification
- CSCS & CCNSG (or similar)
- Fitness to work medical
