About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Bridges Electrical Engineers. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising mechanical installations and ensuring that all items are installed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installations and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Coach and mentor Mechanical Fitters, Mates, and Apprentices
- Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients
- Promote positive health and well-being amongst peers
- Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, with a strong background in the Water / Industrial industry. They will also have a good understanding of SSSTS / SMSTS, City & Guilds trade Qualification, CSCS & CCNSG, and Fitness to work medical.
