Property Maintenance Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Surveyor to join our Property Services team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and retirement accommodation by undertaking various tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage external and internal building and associated service repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, and 'Section 20' works across our retirement portfolio, liaising with external consultants and contractors as needed.
- Ensure developments remain compliant, fit for purpose, and maintained to the highest quality standards.
- Support the operations team with property-related queries and processes, maintaining excellent communications and relations with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct on-site property surveys to provide reliable stock condition data for future asset management and maintenance of the portfolio.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in property construction or a related field, ideally holding a professional qualification in construction such as RICS or CIOB. You will demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of construction, property maintenance, Health & Safety, Building Regulations, and other building-related issues.
You will be highly organized, have excellent IT skills, including MS Office applications, and an eye for detail. A proactive and flexible approach to work is essential, as you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
