We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex needs, providing companionship, and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and support to clients with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and other complex needs.
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
Accompany clients on outings and social activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
Maintain accurate records of client care and support, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements
Previous healthcare experience, preferably in a care setting.
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
