Are you a registered clinical professional seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Operations Expert to join our Health and Protection team.

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of the UK health system, both NHS and private. You'll play a key role in providing knowledge, skills, and expertise to help us meet the needs of our Private Medical Insurance customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with acute experience gained from working within areas such as A&E, intensive care, or mental health. You'll have the chance to work with our claims consultants to ensure information is worded and presented in a way that best supports our customers and advisors.

We're looking for someone who can maintain guidelines and technical awareness, product knowledge, and build relationships with other business areas. Your influence will help improve the end-to-end customer journey.

The successful candidate will hold a clinical qualification (e.g., nursing, physiotherapy, medicine) and be currently registered with a professional regulatory body. They'll also have working experience at (or the equivalent of) NHS Band 6 acute, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

As a Clinical Operations Expert, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of approximately £38,000, plus bonus opportunities and a generous pension scheme.
