Job Title: Vehicle Damage Assessor

Location: Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3SB

Salary: Up to £32,000 OTE Up to £40,000

Full Time and Permanent

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm with 1 hour lunch 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12pm

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and estimating the cost of vehicle repairs and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and required repairs.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for repair work.
  • Consult with customers and insurance companies to explain estimates and repair processes.
  • Ensure the use of genuine and high-quality parts and materials.
  • Maintain clear and organised records of estimates and repair orders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Confident delivery of accurate vehicle repair estimates.
  • Knowledge of Audatex, Escribe and PAS 10125 are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up to date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
  • Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
  • Help achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times.
  • Comply with Health & Safety Procedures.
