Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor Role

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our client's reputable site in the Stockton-on-Tees area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting damage on vehicles to assess what work is required, time scales, and cost for any work completed.
  • Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (Systems include Audatex).
  • Looking at the most cost-effective repair method.
  • Explaining why the work is required and liaising with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner.
  • Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues.
  • Working closely with any warranty or insurance paperwork.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Bodyshop Estimator.
  • Ideal ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation, though time served experience is also considered.
  • Professional and confident character who can deliver a strong customer service.
