Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Vehicle Estimator to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees. As a Vehicle Estimator, your role will be crucial in evaluating and estimating the cost of vehicle repairs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and required repairs.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for repair work
  • Consult with customers and insurance companies to explain estimates and repair processes
  • Ensure the use of genuine and high-quality parts and materials
  • Maintain clear and organised records of estimates and repair orders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Confident delivery of accurate vehicle repair estimates.
  • Knowledge of Audatex, Escribe and PAS 10125 are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Up to date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
  • Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve sales targets
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times
