Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at a purpose-built care home in Thetford, Norfolk. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences for our residents and their families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a positive working environment that fosters a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and high-quality service
- Ensuring that all residents receive an exceptional experience, with their needs and expectations met and exceeded
- Managing the food service operation, working closely with the executive chef to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner
- Developing and maintaining a robust activities program that is tailored to the interests and needs of the residents and is engaging, fun, and promotes health and wellness
- Maintaining and managing best first impression experiences
- Ensuring the housekeeping function is effective, efficient, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills, strong communication skills, and a strong understanding of the principles of first impressions. They will also have knowledge of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery, as well as a good understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
